.. i am lame and haven't posted in forever..

game: ..somehow we've managed two LK kills and several hardmodes.. however, we've sustained some losses, one of which was quite emotional for me..

movies: .. saw eclipse and airbender.. ... sigh.... eclipse would have been about twice as good if they had not replaced the original victoria.. .. otherwise, it was decent.. jasper and his random accent got some screen-time.. .. airbender, well.. it was embarrassing and sad.. and frustrating.. .. i wanted to like it.. like, i REALLY wanted to like it, but it was next to impossible.. ..all it made me do was want to watch the series over again because it was soooooo good.. .. and apologies in advance to the chick playing azula, because there is no way you could ever live up to the azula in the show and that is unfair..

the boy and i found this commercial for BK/twilight hilarious..



.. there is one other thing i enjoyed about eclipse and its this song, which introduced me to this fabulous woman and her fabulous voice..



.... .. swoon.. .. i love dramatic, emotional songs with powerful vocals and rhythms.. .. i've read some comments on this song, many people upset that it was used in a twilight movie, etc etc.. .. however, the one comment i loved was that it should have been used in the scenes where jacob is carrying bella up the mountain.. how appropriate is that??

tv: .. for those that didn't know, evan and anna did not win DwTS.. much to my sadness.. i love them as a duo.. however, nicole and derek were an amazing combination.. to make myself absolutely clear, i believe nicole won because derek is an incredible dancer and choreographer.. .. the two routines i loved from them:





... .. i attribute both of these stellar performances to derek and his choreography.. as far as i'm concerned, he was the one who deserved the trophy..

.. in other tv news, season 7 of top chef has started and a few people have already been eliminated.. .. all i can say about this season is there is a shortage of hot young guy chefs.. .. this makes me sad.. however! i foresee some juicy drama, which will keep me watching..

OH! .. and.. .. for all of you that enjoyed the 'look at your man' old spice commercial, here is........
