anime: watching code geass.. its very pretty, of course, since clamp did the character design.. there are a lot of characters and politics, and we've only watched the first two disks.. so far, i am pleased.. also on second disk of magic knight rayearth, which is deliciously clamp.. got the last installment of death note today, so will probably watch that soon.. rewatched ouran, am going to rewatch fullmetal alchemist next; i think i'm on a vic mignogna kick.. oh! and it looks like funimation is going to be doing romeo x juliet, can't wait..

game: ugh.. working on sarth 3d.. waiting for ulduar.. guild politics suck..

movie: saw coraline, the flick based on gaiman's book.. pretty good, but i prefer the book..

random news: the other day i came home to a message on my machine from the clerk of court, downtown.. so i called the dude back, turns out they were trying to track me down to pay me for serving jury duty last year...... you'll pardon me for being shocked that the government would take the trouble to track someone down for an address change on a $12 jury duty check.. however, kudos to you, mr clerk of court..

fell down the stairs today heading into the basement.. was carrying a large to-go cup of sweet tea from pei-wei, which naturally flew all over the place and into my hair, making it sticky and completely unmanageable.. .. hoofuckingrah.. so after the initial thoughts of 'what the fuck oh my god oh shit oh shit oh shit' as i slipped and fell and managed to not die, the next string of thoughts was 'oh shit oh shit, pull it together before you are discovered with your skirt up around your waist!'.. .. thankfully, a concerned 'you okay??' was all that came my way, so i had time to adjust and account for all my bits.. it could have been a lot worse, but still...... i am going to have a huge bruise on my ass tomorrow..

the boy has been very sick lately, and today was his birthday.. no fun to be sick on your birthday.. i baked him some cookies and snuggled with him this evening..

the writing project is actually going rather well.. so far, i have characters, a vague plot outline and a completed prologue.. will have to see if i can con someone into reading it..
