anime: .. i have neglected my glowing review of the last two discs of code geass season 1.. .. having praised and gushed about this series multiple times, i don't want to bore you with more of the same.. .. let me just say that, as a series, it is only getting better.. .. and ending on that cliffhanger?? ... wow.. .. i have extremely high hopes for season 2, but am quite curious as to how they will resolve certain plot elements without it seeming cheesy or 'convenient'..

.. in other anime news, i've become quite fond of a certain anime blog that has introduced me to a couple new series that, while not available in english yet, still look absolutely amazing.. .. rideback is one.. this is another, bakemonogatari..



... .. wow.. how visually stunning is that?? .. the plot, from what i gather, is about a boy who is recovering from being a vampire.. and a girl who is nearly weightless because of a run-in she had with a special crab....? .. yeah, i know, i know.. .. but its so pretty! .. unfortunately, it seems that bakemonogatari is only just starting its run in japan.. .. so.. gah.. guess i have a while to wait, eh?

manga: .. i'm trying to pace myself and not devour whole volumes of tsubasa:rc at a time, but its very difficult, considering how interesting/exciting things are getting.. .. more on that later..

misc hilarity: .................. conan o'brien doing voice-overs??



this shit totally fucking slays me.. favorite part??? 'wha?! a robot with boobs just came to life and you want me to go smaller??' ... hahaha..
